Executive Coaching

Are you ready to change the patterns that are holding you back?

“Anita continues to listen intently and share back insights that are helping me better understand myself. Specific to today's session I appreciate Anita's feedback on how I tend to balance curiosity and judgment differently depending on if the "subject" is something "out there in the world" vs. myself.
This insight is helping me think through ways I can bring more curiosity and solutions-oriented
thinking to my personal and professional life”

Joe, Engineering Team Leader

One approach to executive coaching is what I call the whack-a-mole strategy. You come to each session with an issue (e.g., navigating difficult conversations or managing imposter syndrome) and we tackle that challenge until the next one emerges.

Not only can this way of working feel arduous and unrelenting, but it offers a very superficial and short-term approach to overcoming the unproductive habits of your mind. Moreover, in the long run it can hamper your ability to win against your defeating mental habits in the chess game of your mind.

One of the key differentiators about my style of executive coaching is a focus on uncovering the underlying patterns of thought and behavior that repeat (albeit through different manifestations) and keep you from showing up as your best version of a leader, colleague, friend, partner, parent etc. If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to work with me so we can begin the process of discovery in earnest that will allow you to become a maverick at managing your mind’s particular ‘bag of tricks’ and cultivating a high level of what I call  ‘functional mental fitness’.
