Meet Anita

Prior to coaching, Anita spent 20+ years in the non- and for-profit sectors as an organizational development consultant, trainer/facilitator, researcher, college administrator and faculty member. Anita also owned an evaluation consulting practice for over a decade.

As a leadership and team coach, Anita has worked with close to 500 leaders and teams across a wide array of industries including healthcare, education, retail, finance, agriculture, hospitality and tech. Her key areas of coaching expertise include breaking through career plateaus, navigating uncertainty, managing difficult conversations, giving and receiving feedback, achieving work-life integration, navigating power dynamics and managing distributed teams.

Leveraging evidence-based strategies, Anita facilitates clients’ ability to gain self-awareness as a first step to enhancing existing leadership skills and changing unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that impede success. Recognizing behavior and thought patterns that are not serving us is essential to true transformation, everything else is just playing whack-a-mole with challenges as they arise.

Anita’s practice is driven by her passion for adult and organizational learning as well as her fascination with humans’ unique capacity to continue to evolve, grow and improve.
